The proprietary material development for FRENCYS from the GORE-TEX® Pro-Shell series is used exclusively with the FRENCYS designs. With its highly breathable GORE-TEX® membrane and its robust surface structure, GORE-TEX® Pro Shell is the optimum material for the requirements of our sportswear. GORE-TEX® Pro Shell is used as a 2L and 3L laminate and offers brilliant colors with stable color fastness (Alpine Test).

This GORE-TEX material was specially developed for professional users who wear their apparel in extreme conditions. The toughest guidelines are complied with during the production process, in order to ensure the garment is water and wind-proof and is breathable at the same time. This especially robust and hard wearing upper material is tear and scrub resistant. It also boasts an exceptional level of heat insulation. As with all other FRENCYS upper materials, GORE-TEX® technical has also been tested for Alpine light resistance.

The latest development by FRENCYS is this attractive upper material which is especially hard wearing thanks to its processing with Cordura nylon. The material guarantees complete protection against the wind and the rain and also offers a high level of wear comfort thanks to its low weight. F-CORDURA has also been tested for its resistance to Alpine light, and is the optimum combination of heat insulation and breathability.

The high quality material standard for FRENCYS apparel! The mixed elastic fabric offers superb functional values such as windproofing, waterproofing, highest levels of vapor permeability and a Bionic Nano waterproofing with clearly improved water repellence. FTE-STRETCH is available in 11 bright basis colors with smooth matt visuals and stable color fastness (Alpine Test).

Body mapping is a new lining technology which takes the differing climate zones of the human body into consideration. The partial use of lining materials of different thickness means that the body’s heat balance is optimally used. In this way, for instance, the upper body, seat of pants and knee areas get extra lining, whilst the areas of the body which move more often get a more elastic lining. The materials which are used (THINSULATE™, Thermo-Fleece, etc.) are light, robust, elastic and highly breathable.
