Care Tips for Frencys Functional Sportswear
To manufacture our FRENCYS collections, we use high quality materials from selected European suppliers. To maintain the quality and performance of the upper materials and the lining for as long as possible, compliance with the following care tips is necessary at all times:
TIP 1: “Keeping your garment clean”
Any dirty mark can have a negative influence on the waterproofing. Your FRENCYS apparel is machine washable. Please comply with the additional tips however:TIP 2: “Rapid drying”
If the garment is wet through after you have been wearing it, hang it out to dry. Do not simply leave it in a heap wet as this will damage the waterproofing. After washing them, remove the garments from the machine straight away, hang them out to dry or dry them in the tumble drier (please comply with the drying procedure symbol). If you leave the garments in the washing machine damp then unwanted changes to their color may occur.TIP 3: “Don’t use fabric softener”
Wash garments at 30°. The washing product should not contain any fabric softener. Please refer to the information on the packaging of the washing product. Fabric softeners will permanently destroy the finish of the fabric.TIP 4: “Zip it up”
Zip up all of the zips and fasten all the Velcro fasteners before washing the garment.TIP 5: “Ironing”
In order to reactivate the outer waterproofing of the material, which declines a little with every wash, you can iron the external parts of garment at 110° - 120° (symbol of iron with a dot). Make sure you check the temperature of the iron before ironing. The garment must be completely dry before ironing.TIP 6: “Waterproof regularly”
